The Hombli Smart Doorbell 2 is the newest and improved version of our popular smart video doorbell. It features a 25% faster response time, option for wired installation and the battery lasts almost twice as long as its predecessor. You’re able to check even faster who’s standing in front of your door, home, or away. As soon as someone rings the bell you get a notification on your smartphone. Through the Hombli app (iOS and Android) you can directly speak and listen to your visitors. It’s possible to record the 1080p Full HD video images and replay them whenever you like. They are for your eyes only and safely stored on an SD card or in the cloud.
Easy wired or wireless installation
The Hombli Smart Doorbell 2 is easily mounted with double-sided 3M tape or screws and the included wall bracket. You can choose between a normal bracket (“Bracket”) and one with an optimized viewing angle towards your walkway (“Corner Mount”). Installation can be done with the wires of your traditional doorbell or completely wireless with the built-in battery. The rechargeable battery has a capacity of 5.000 mAh and a lifespan of 3 – 6 months, depending on how often the doorbell rings and how much movement is being detected. If you follow the steps in the included manual thoroughly, you will be done in several minutes. Last but not least you connect the doorbell to your WiFi network (2.4Ghz) via the free Hombli app and it’s ready for use.
Smart Doorbell without a paid subscription
The doorbell with camera and WiFi can be used in combination with a Micro SD-card (maximum capacity 128GB). This way you save your videos and images for free and replay them without paid subscription as with many other doorbell providers.
Secure data storage
Your privacy is our top priority. Recorded images get stored safely on an SD-card or in the cloud (optional paid service). Our servers are located in Frankfurt, Germany, where standards are extremely high when it comes to privacy regulation. In other words, your data is always encrypted and available for your eyes only
